The BMS contains a large number of reports to provide instant information. With an over arching Quick Search to find sets of Barristers efficiently and an extensive set of targeted reports you'll be able to obtain views of your Barristers from all angles.

A robust online renewals process is included to provide a simple and efficient means to renew your Barristers year on year. The renewals process is highly configurable allowing for flexible renewal open and close dates for various membership types, along with reminder emails and the online issue of Practicing Certificates.

All actions taken on a Barrister are recorded to allow for easy review and reporting. Recording the who, what, and when of the change you will always be able to track the history of your members.

A comprehensive set of internal mailing lists are managed by the BMS allowing for accurate emailing to groups of Barristers. Barristers are automatically allocated to dedicated membership emails lists, along with extensive functionality to divide the state into postcode based regions to which members are automatically allocated based on their address information. Lists can also be created ad-hoc from reports, imports, or by manually selecting Barristers.

The BMS contains an extensive event management system with the ability for member and non member events, member only events, and non member only events. With the ability to create CPD events, conferences, and ticketed functions the BMS covers an extensive set of event options.

Media includes the creation and management of various news articles, General News, From the President, Media Releases. These can be used as the basis for newsletters for Barristers, and also provides the potential for integration into an existing website.

Keep in touch with your members. Using your email lists you can send out media articles, or written emails targeted to specific groups of members. All emails from the BMS are sent using our specialist Email provider ensuring they are free from unwanted disclaimers.

The Correspondence module provides the ability to track all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Association. Be it general post or courier information it can all be included and reported on here.

The Private List allows for the discrete management of fee disputes between Barristers and Solicitors. Targeted for the Association Legal teams the Private List provides the ability to track all actions and payments for a dispute from creation to resolution.

The Complaints module allows for the discrete management of a members professional conduct. Targeted for the Association Legal teams the Complaints module provides the ability to track all actions for a complaint from creation to resolution.

A speciality service allowing for the delivery of video content for members. The Video Streaming platform allows the Association to provide a variety of content from lectures, speeches, presentations, CPD content, and even webcasts for its members. All available online and anywhere at any time, be it at home, in the office, or on the bus.

The document repository is a specialist module built with the sole purpose of delivering content for members. Create a catalogue of content for members allowing them to search and view content across any topic you desire. Content can be grouped by high level categories of CPD, Ethics, New Barristers, or more, and can be searched on a number of various fields, right down to the content within the document. Couple the Document Repository to the Video Streaming platform to provide a comprehensive CPD Library members.
